In the fourth episode of Debbie’s Dream Foundation’s 2023 Mind, Body, Spirit series, sound practitioners Jadyn Graham and Keila Velasquez introduced viewers to sound healing and its use as a supportive wellness practice.
Exploring the Benefits of Sound Healing for Cancer provided an opportunity to learn about sound-based practices in a calming, experiential setting and their place within a broader approach to mind-body wellness.
The program continued the series’ focus on introducing patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones to resources and supportive practices addressing the physical and emotional dimensions of the cancer experience.
