New York Albany Chapter

Kimberly's sister recently passed from Stage IV signet cell linitis pastica.  Kimberly's sister is 111A, and her other brother has had prophylactic gastrectomy.  Additionally, a total of 12 of 16 of her relatives have tested positive for the CDH1 mutation, and two of them were found to have cancer at the time of gastrectomy  Kimberly feels it is her responsibility to educate the public on knowing one's family history and to advocate for equal funding for rare and deadly cancers.
