The DDF Ohio Chapter led by chapter founders Paul and Angie Bosela sponsored a DDF Night at the Quicken Loans Arena. 34 DDF supporters watched the Cleveland Monsters take on the Texas Stars as they supported research for stomach cancer.

Forty advocates from twelve different states attended our 5th Annual Stomach Cancer Capitol Hill Advocacy Day. Advocates attended almost 100 meetings on the hill to fight for stomach cancer research funding. They urged legislators and the NCI to support the fight for a cure and informed them how important it is for stomach cancer to again be included in the $50 million DoD Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program (PRCRP) each year. Debbie’s Dream Foundation hosted its 8th Annual Night of Laughter at the Improv Comedy Club at the Hollywood Hard Rock Casino, Florida. A sold out crowd of 400 attendees laughed together to raise almost $36,500! Guests enjoyed fabulous raffles, delicious food, unique drinks, and hilarious comedic acts. Congratulations to 158 members of Debbie’s Dream Team in the 2017 Miami Marathon and Half Marathon! Participants raised over $14,700 and were part of more than 25,000 race participants.
