Michael L. Ehren is a senior associate at Lash & Goldberg LLP in Fort Lauderdale, a boutique commercial litigation law firm listed in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Law Firms and Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Michael’s diverse litigation practice includes complex commercial litigation, health care litigation, real estate and construction litigation, employment litigation and consumer protection litigation. He has represented regional and national companies and business owners, including Fortune 500 companies, hospitals and health care providers, telecommunications service providers and professionals, in a wide range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings throughout Florida.
Michael is a member of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association. He is also actively involved with various organizations in the South Florida community. He serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Professional Development Committee for the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law Alumni Association, and is an active member of Emerge Broward, including serving on its Develop Committee. He also regularly mentors students and young attorneys through several professional organizations, and participates in various charitable activities in the community. Michael is a new member of the DDF Board of Directors, and he has been supporting cancer research for several years as a participating cyclist and fundraiser for the Pelotonia, a grassroots charitable organization benefiting the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio.
